Day one of fast: Weight start exactly 282.0 pounds


Binge Complete.


















Its 12am and am pretty excited, yet feel the need to eat already. I have my paper on me to cross off the hours so I will take this fast an hour at a time.

Yesterday:

Breakfast: A foot long meat ball sub at subway. With Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce, mayo and honey mustard, plus two chocolate chip cookies.

Snack: Two peach yogurts and a soda

Lunch: A bag of rice (serving 3 per bag) a large can of wolfs chilli and beans and meat and a yogurt

snack: Two puddings (chocolate of course) went searching and then had a pizza hot pocket and two sodas

Dinner: A soda, more rice and chilli again



I heard people start a water fast eating veggies and fruit for maybe a week before a water fast to prepare themselves.Or juice fast for maybe two weeks then water fast....well as a foodie I decided to eat then get to the point!

Deep down I want to be 90 pounds slimmer in two weeks to be honest wishful thinking?

Today I will:

*Walk for a hour at least
*Put my yourself fitness PC game in for 30 minutes.
*Clean up my room
*Stay positive about finding a job
*Do deep breathing for 1 minute. Rumor has it that over weight people don't really breath, but shallow breathing and deep breathing burns more calories then reg. breahing.
